1. Introduction:

This Payment Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines concerning the compensation of teachers on Learn Global. Our revenue-sharing model aims to create a win-win scenario, rewarding educators for their expertise and contribution towards creating a comprehensive learning environment.

2. Revenue Sharing Model:

Initial Revenue Split: Our basic revenue split is structured as 70/30 in favor of the teachers.
Tiered Revenue Sharing:
。 Basic Level: 70/30 (teacher/LearnGlobal) for new teachers or those with fewer than 100 enrolled students.

3. Performance Bonuses:

Outstanding performance such as high student satisfaction ratings, high student retention rates, or significant course completions may result in additional bonuses.

4. Referral Bonuses:

Teachers who refer other qualified teachers or a significant number of students to the platform will receive referral bonuses.

5. Premium Course Offerings:

Teachers have the option to offer premium or specialized courses at higher prices, with a more favorable revenue split.

6. Subscription Revenue:

A portion of subscription revenue may be allocated to teachers based on the popularity and engagement level of their courses.

7. Discounts and Promotions:

Teachers are permitted to offer discounts and promotions on their courses, with the understanding of how this impacts their earnings.

8. Payment Schedule:

Payments to teachers will be processed on a monthly basis.
The payment cycle may be on the 1st or 15th of every month, with earnings from the previous month being paid out.

9. Payment Methods:

Teachers can choose their preferred payment method from the options provided during onboarding.
It's the responsibility of the teacher to provide accurate payment details and ensure that the provided payment method remains valid.

10. Tax Compliance:

Teachers are responsible for any tax obligations arising from their earnings on the platform.
Learn Global will provide necessary tax documentation as required by law.

11. Reporting and Transparency:

A comprehensive reporting system will be available for teachers to track their earnings, student enrollments, and course performance.

13. Intellectual Property:

All teaching materials created and uploaded by the teachers remain the intellectual property of the teacher.
Teachers grant EDUSOCIAL a license to use, display, and distribute the materials on the platform for the purpose of delivering the courses to registered students.

14. Policy Amendments

Learn Global reserves the right to amend this Payment Policy at any time. Teachers will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
